We were formed by two friends with over four decades of experience in improvisation, entertainment and education. With diverse backgrounds, they joined forces to disrupt how organizations can now engage with their most valuable asset: the management and staff who define their culture and enhance their success.
Pat Finn
Pat has been performing and teaching improvisation for over 25 years. After becoming a troupe member on the Main Stage at the famed Second City theater in Chicago, Pat moved to Los Angeles. where he has acted in a wide variety of well-known movies, TV shows and hundreds of commercials. His credits include Seinfeld; Friends; Dude, Where’s My Car?; 2 Broke Girls; Curb Your Enthusiasm; The Middle; It’s Complicated; I Love You, Beth Cooper; The King of Queens; and, Third Rock from the Sun. Pat has taught improvisation at Loyola Marymount University, Marquette University; Indiana University; University of California, Los Angeles; Pepperdine University; and the University of Colorado, Boulder where he serves as an Adjunct Professor of Communications. Pat currently lives in LA with his wife and three children, all of whom are impressed that he knows all the state capitals.
Al Admire
Al has been producing, writing, and directing documentary films for over 25 years. In this work he has received four National Emmy® Nominations and two wins--one for a film focused on organ transplantation and the other on at-risk youth. Al is also a partner in Banyan Communications, an Atlanta-based, cause-driven creative agency that works with The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Johns Hopkins University, Spelman College, The American Academy of Pediatrics, and many others to educate audiences around issues that affect our lives such as violence prevention, smoking cessation, and healthy eating. While Al also has a background in performing Improv, his real claim to fame in the world of comedy is that he knows Pat.
